Sending the package

As a general rule, packages are sent within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, through the GLS transport agency of recognized national prestige with tracking and delivery number. If you prefer certified shipping via GLS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Once the couriers collect the package, they will normally deliver it:

Europe: 3-5 business days.

North America / Canada: 3-4 business days

Spain: 1-3 business days.

Rest of the world: 3-5 days

These shipping times may vary due to conditions beyond my control.

You will receive a tracking number to track your package. Express shipping in 1-3 days is possible. If you are interested in express service, send an email to info@amm-ceramics.com before placing the order to obtain the amount corresponding to this service.

If you live in Barcelona you can pick up your order in the studio. To do this, select "Pick up at the workshop" in the payment gateway. For the collections in the workshop, an appointment must be made as this way we can ensure that we are open and that the package is ready for collection. This schedule may change. If you do not have time flexibility to be able to visit, we recommend that you request delivery with the courier.

AMM Ceramics is unable to predict how long an order will take to arrive once it reaches customs in your specific country.

AMM Ceramics takes care of packaging with recyclable materials that do not harm the planet. Each package is shipped with a double cardboard box for greater resistance in transport and with a filling of corn starch chips, 100% recyclable, biodegradable and compostable. The packaging arrives with a presentation as if it were a gift.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges, as well as postage. Handling charges are priced at a fixed price, while transportation charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package and the distance. Calculate at check out of the purchase.

Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes within their own country for international orders.

We are not responsible for shipping costs with wrong delivery details. In these cases, the customer must bear the costs of a second shipment. In the event that the package is returned to the workshop, we are not responsible for the cost of a second shipment.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase       

NB.  The buyer is responsible for initial shipping costs, and return shipping costs. I can refund the price of the product, but not the shipping costs. If the item is damaged upon return, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

 

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

I cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund if I am not happy with the pieces

Please first send me an email, with a picture of the received pieces, and the reason why from where they came if you are not happy with them. You can send the pottery back to my studio, to the same address from where they came. Please pack as carefully as possible. After receiving the pottery back in the studio, the refunds will be transferred back to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days. 

NB: The buyer is responsible for initial shipping costs AND any return shipping costs. If the item is damaged upon return, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
