What happens once I've placed my order?
You will receive a personal email with an estimate of the delivery time, which may vary depending on whether it is in stock, needs to be manufactured, and if there are already many orders prior to yours. If the requested item is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 48 hours. If it is in production or needs to be manufactured, it may take 3-4 weeks, but I will do my best to deliver it as soon as possible.
What is the approximate shipping time once my order is ready?
Preparation process: 24-48 hours
Once the couriers pick up the package:
Spain 1-3 business days
Europe: 3-5 business days.
North America / Canada: 3-5 business days
Rest of the world: 4-6 days
Remote areas: I cannot give a delivery time in these cases.
These shipping times may vary due to conditions beyond my control.
You will receive a tracking number so you can track your package. Express shipping is possible within 1-3 days. EXPRESS SHIPPING is possible at a higher price, contact me for the cost.

I live outside the EU, can I place an order? Will I incur additional charges?
Yes, you can place an order.
Please note that your order will be shipped from Barcelona, Spain. Overseas orders must incur additional charges before collection by customs agents. Additional charges are calculated based on the value of the orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
What can you tell me about shipping costs?
I offer free shipping anywhere in the world.
What happens if my ceramic piece arrives broken?
Ceramic pieces damaged upon arrival will be replaced as soon as possible. Please do not throw away the package and email us the order number, a photo of the damaged piece and the package within 24 hours of receiving it to info@amm-ceramics.com. A replacement piece will be sent out soon. Fortunately, due to the sturdy packaging, this problem does not occur often.
Who is responsible for import taxes?
Buyers are responsible for handling charges, customs taxes and any import fees that may apply.
Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?
Yes, I gladly accept them.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
I cannot accept returns on custom or made-to-order orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Is a refund possible if I am not satisfied with the pieces?
Yes, it is. Please first email me a photo of the pieces received and the reason you are not satisfied with them. You may send the pottery back to my studio, to the same address it came from. Please package as carefully as possible. Once we receive the pottery back to the studio, refunds will be transferred to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days.
Note: The buyer is responsible for the initial shipping costs AND the return shipping costs. If the item is damaged upon return, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What else should I know about pottery pieces?
Small imperfections are part of the beauty of handmade pieces. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that makes them special, as the glaze applied gives each piece unique characteristics.
The colour is as accurate as possible, but colour variations may occur on your screen.
How should I care for the piece?
The ceramics are fired at a high temperature and are very resistant, to clean them do not use abrasive products, use a damp cloth and that will be enough.
