What happens after placing an order?

You will receive a personal email with an estimate of the delivery time, which may vary depending on whether it is in stock, needs to be made, and if there are already many orders before yours. If the requested item is in stock, it will normally be shipped within 48 hours. If it is in the process of being produced, or needs to be made, it may take 1-3 weeks, but I will do my best to deliver it ASAP.

What is the approximate shipping time after my order is ready?

Preparation process: 24-48 hours

Once the couriers collect the package:

Spain 1-3 working days

Europe: 3-5 business days.

North America / Canada: 4-5 business days

Rest of the world: 4-6 days

These shipping times may vary due to conditions beyond my control.

You will receive a tracking number to track your package. Express shipping in 1-3 days is possible. EXPRESS SHIPPING is possible at a higher rate.

I live outside the EU, can I place an order? Will I have additional charges?

Yes, you can place an order.

Please note that your order will be shipped from Barcelona, Spain. Orders abroad should apply additional charges prior to pickup. Additional charges are calculated based on the value of the orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

What can you tell me about the shipping costs?

The exact shipping costs will be clear after you have chosen the selected products and have filled in your personal details and your shipping destination.

What happens if my ceramic piece arrives broken?

Ceramics damaged on arrival will be replaced as soon as possible, please do not throw away the package and email us the order number, a photo of the damaged part, and the package within 24 hours of receiving it to Soon, a replacement piece will be sent. Fortunately, due to sturdy packaging, this problem does not occur often.

Who is responsible for import taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any handling fees, custom taxes, and import fees that may apply.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations?

Yes, I accept them gladly!

NB: The buyer is responsible for initial shipping costs, and return shipping costs. I can refund the price of the product, but not the shipping costs. If the item is damaged upon return, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.   

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

I cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or are defective.

Is a refund possible if I am not happy with the pieces? 

Yes, it is. Please first send me an email, with a picture of the received pieces, and the reason why you are not happy with them. You can send the pottery back to my studio, to the same address from where it came. Please pack as carefully as possible. After receiving the pottery back in the studio, the refunds will be transferred back to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days. 

NB: The buyer is responsible for initial shipping costs AND return shipping costs. If the item is damaged upon return, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

What else should I know about ceramic pieces?

Small imperfections are part of the beauty of handmade pieces. No two pieces are exactly alike, and that makes them special, as with the glaze applied, it gives each piece unique characteristics.

Color is as accurate as possible, but color variations may occur on your screen.
